General problems with the dishwasher

Problem
The indicator lights
and the display are
dark. Only the
Start/Stop indicator
flashes slowly.
The following fault
message is displayed:
F Salt reservoir cover
The following fault
message is displayed
during a program:
: Spray arm blocked
There are detergent
residues in the
dispenser at the end of
a program.
Frequently asked questions
Possible fault
The indicators and the
display turn off
automatically to save
energy (Standby).
The salt reservoir cover
is not properly closed.
The middle spray arm is
blocked by dishware.
The spray arm jets of the
middle arm are clogged.
The dispenser was wet
when detergent was
added.
Solution
Press the - button to come
out of Standby mode.
– Close the salt reservoir
cover.
If the salt reservoir cover
opened during a program:
– Push the - button twice to
turn the dishwasher off
(even if it appears to be
off) and on again.
– Re-start the program.
Open the dishwasher door
and rearrange items blocking
the spray arms.
– Press the - button to turn
the dishwasher off.
Then:
– Clean the spray arm (see
Cleaning and care).
Make sure the dispenser is
drybefore adding detergent.
