Document Tagging
The Document Tagging feature allows you to add distinctive markings to your documents to enhance document control, a
requirement of several regulatory standards.
10.3.1 Watermarks
The Watermark feature is designed for Controlled documents such as "Classified" information or documents designated as
officially secret that require markings like "Confidential" or "Top Secret." This feature allows you to print text over copied
documents by using the Advanced Copy menu on the Local UI. You can select several predefined watermarks including
the following:

Top Secret
•
Urgent
•
Confidential
•
Draft
You can also create your own watermark and modify the following parameters:
•
Page
•
Text Color
•
Size
•
Position
•
Darkness
