Printing on envelopes and thick paper

(For the recommended paper to use, see Type and size of paper on page 2.)

Open the MP tray and lower it gently.

Pull out the MP tray support and unfold the flap (1).

Lift up the support flap to prevent envelopes or thick sheets of paper from sliding off the face-down output
tray. If the support flap is closed you should remove each envelope as soon as it comes out of the
machine.
