problem. If you are unable to get your electric vehicle operating, bring your electric vehicle to an
Authorized Giant retailer.

Solution
Allow batteries to reach room
temperature 0-40 degree C (32-104
degree F) and then fully recharge
Larger amount of battery power is
consumed as the bicycle is used
under high current load condition.
Select the optimum position of the
gear shift and/or Assist mode
depending on up-hill or down hill,
head-wind or tail-wind, and your
physical condition.
