Possible cause
The filters in the water
inlet hoses may be
clogged.
The water supply pres-
sure is too low.
Washing powder be-
comes viscous when
used together with a
water softener.
The dispenser drawer
was opened while fab-
ric conditioner was be-
ing flushed in.
The siphon is either in-
correctly positioned or
clogged.
Liquid detergents do
not contain any bleach-
ing agents. They do not
remove fruit, coffee and
tea stains.
Problem solving guide
Remedy
Clean the filters (see "Cleaning
and care" - "Cleaning the filters
in the water inlet").
– Clean the filters (see
"Cleaning and care" -
"Cleaning the filters in the wa-
ter inlet").
– Check if the water flow
through the stopcock is 5
litres in 15 seconds.
In future, pour washing powder
into the detergent dispenser be-
fore adding water softener.
Clean the siphon, (see
"Cleaning and care" - "Cleaning
the detergent dispenser").
– Use a general purpose wash-
ing machine powder contain-
ing a bleaching agent.
– Pour stain removers into com-
partment j of the detergent
dispenser and liquid deter-
gent into a dispenser ball.
– Never put stain removers and
liquid detergent together in
the dispenser drawer.
