CVNDP = CRT Vertical Non-Display Period

CHDP = CRT Horizontal Display Width
= (REG[050h] bits [6:0] + 1)
CHNDP = CRT Horizontal Non-Display Period
= (REG[052h] bits [5:0] + 1)
