5. Troubleshooting Guide

This table is only a guide to aid you in getting your Hybrid bike operating, should you have any problem. If you are unable to
get your Hybrid bike operating, bring your Hybrid bike to an Authorized Giant retailer.

Solution
Allow batteries to reach room temperature
0-40 degree C (32-104 degree F) and
then fully recharge
Riding range
0degree -15degree
Larger amount of battery power is
consumed as the bicycle is used under
high current load condition.
Select the optimum position of the gear
shift and/or Assist mode depending on
up-hill or down hill, head-wind or tail-wind,
and your physical condition.
Refresh the battery or charge the
batteries after using up all assistance
power(about once/month) (only for Twist
2.0's Ni-MH batteries)
