Install the throttle grip assembly so that the grip [A] is in
as far as it will go.
Position the throttle grip assembly so that the cable gate-
way [B] of the throttle case is above the handlebar.
Install the front master cylinder (see Front Master Cylinder
Installation in the Brakes chapter).
Install the handlebar [A] on the steering stem head as
The handlebar angle position can be adjusted to suit your
preference using the gauge marks [B].
Position the handlebar so that the gauge marks is equal

Install the handlebar clamps [E] and handlebar clamp
Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts [A].
Equalize the front and rear gaps [B].
Tighten the two clamp bolts alternately two times to en-
sure even tightening torque.

back and forth.

To suit various riding positions, the handlebar holder po-
sition can be changed and the handlebar can be adjusted
by turning the handlebar holders around (180°).
