Insert the fuel hose joint [A] straight onto the fuel outlet
pipe until the hose joint clicks.
Push the joint lock [B].
Push and pull [C] the fuel hose joint back and forth more
than two times, and make sure it is locked and does not

Connect the fuel pump lead connector.
Before installing the fuel tank, check that both throttle ca-
bles [A] run over the black connector [B].

Tighten the fuel tank mounting bolt.
After installing the fuel tank, make sure that both throttle
cables [A] (outer) move slightly by pulling them back and
forth in the upper space of the right side of the fuel tank.
Check that both throttle cables run under the frame (right
side) [B] as shown in the figure.
Install the removed parts (see appropriate chapters).
Insert the fuel tank breather hose into the steering stem
For easily starting the engine, connect the 12 V battery
to the main harness (see Self-diagnosis Procedures).
When the battery is connected, the fuel pump is driven
and the pressure of the fuel line increases.
