Printing
The procedure used to print varies according to the application you are using. See your application's
manual for the specific procedure.
The steps below are used in the Xerox WorkCentre 5019/5021 print driver screen.
1.
Select Print from the application's File menu.
2.
Select Xerox WorkCentre XXXXX.
Note
"XXXXX" is displayed as either "5019" or "5021" depending on the model of your machine.

If needed, select Properties to change other options. Select the desired settings.
Note
For information on the Print functions, select Help in the print driver screen to display the
help information.
4.
Click OK.
5.
Click OK in the Print dialog box.
