I am having problems getting my designs to my machine. I'm so frustrated. I've had a single needle machine for around 6 years. I was so excited to get this machine and not I won't go near my sewing room. Please help.
I've always send my designs straight from computer to embroidery machine and this didn't come with that feature. I'm just wondering if it's me or machine? I did buy it used. I went to local dealer and paid $100.00 for lessons but nothing seems to help me.
If I order the UBS cord from machine to machine will that work?
