Door Latch
Door Latch
Occasionally integrated dishwasher door latches can be
misaligned, causing doors to not close properly or
dishwashers to run with doors open (when latches don't
reset). Follow these steps to realign door latches.
Fascia frame (console)
Insert latch tabs into frame
Fascia frame
Bend tabs down into latch
NOTE:
dishwashers
following models: SHV, SHX,
SHY & SHU88/99/995x.
HINT: Make sure latch tabs are seated, all fascia
frame (console) tabs are bent completely, door strikes
are aligned with latches and door latches get reset.
