The AI S64TC is a speclal module that controls the temperature
by convertlng the external temperature sensor (thermocouplehe-
slstance thermometer bulb) Input values to a 16 bit coded BIN
data dlgltal value and then externally outputs thls data to the tran-
sistor outputlcurrent output that automatlcally conducts PID cal-
culation.
