'Water∙Full'∙indicator∙lamp∙is∙blinking;∙water∙tank∙is∙full.
Room temperature is lower than the set temperature.
No power
The doors or windows are not closed.
There are heat sources inside the room.
Exhaust∙Hose∙is∙not∙connected,∙or∙is∙blocked.
Temperature setting is too high.
Air inlet is blocked.
The ground is not level or not flat enough
The sound is from the compressor working
Room temperature sensor failed
Water pump failed

Suggested Remedies
Drain∙the∙water∙out∙of∙the∙water∙tank∙(see∙'Operation').
Reset the temperature.
Check that the power plug is plugged in, the mains power is on,
and that the power outlet in use is operational.
Make sure all the windows and doors to the room are closed.
Remove/disable the heat sources if possible.
Remove∙the∙blockage,∙or∙connect∙the∙Exhaust∙Hose∙correctly∙
(see∙'Installation').
Reset the temperature
Clean the air inlet.
Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
This is normal
Contact Customer Service
Turn off the unit, unplug for 5 minutes, then try again.
If problem persists, contact Customer Service
