If wood pellets won't feed in a Traeger BBQ075, follow these steps:

1. Open the door and remove all food.
2. Remove unburned pellets and ash from inside and around the firepot.
3. Restart the grill and confirm that the ignition cycle is working.
4. Check if the hot rod begins to turn red and pellets fall into the firepot from the auger.
5. If this does not happen, refer to Traeger technical support or the troubleshooting section of the manual.

If the hot rod is not operating but the drill works, it may still be possible to cook using alternative methods described in the manual.
