To Check All Voice Mail Passwords

All voice mail extension voice mail Passwords can be examined from the programming extension.
From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
Select "System Programming".
Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
Select "Examine Passwords".
Select "Voice Mail Password".
Select the extension whose password you wish to examine. The voice mail Password of that extension
is briefly displayed on the top line of the display.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.

Voice Mail from a Standard Analog Phone

Extensions equipped standard analog hones can also be allocated voice mailboxes. When a voice mailbox is
allocated, "Forward on no answer" to the extension's voice mailbox is automatically set. You can set
forward all calls or Forward When Busy to the Mailbox as well by setting the forwarding to 710. The code
710 is used as the voice mailbox extension number for forwarding purposes.
Dial 732 followed by 710 to forward all calls to your voice mailbox.
Dial 733 followed by 710 to forward calls to your voice mailbox when your extension is busy.
Dial 734 followed by 710 to forward calls to your voice mailbox when calls are not answered. (This is
automatically set when you are allocated a voice mailbox).

Accessing a Voice Mailbox

To access the voice mailbox, dial the code
#. Then dial the following numbers to access your messages.
While Listening to the Greeting
Dial 1
Playback commences at the first message.
Dial 91 Change the outgoing greeting.
Dial 92 Check the outgoing greeting.
Dial 93 Delete the outgoing greeting.
Dial 0
Change voice mail Password.
When Playback of Messages has Commenced
Dial #
Playback is paused.
Dial 2
Save this message and move to the next message.
Dial 3
Erase this message and move to the next message.
Dial 4
Go back to the start of the message.
Dial 5
Go back to the previous message.
Dial 6
Erase all messages.
Dial 7
Go back ten seconds.
Dial 8
Go forward ten seconds / skip the time stamp.
Dial 9
Forward the message to another extension.
Dial 0
Return Call. Automatically make a call to the caller who left the message.

Voice Mail Language

Three language options are provided for the voice mail: English, French and Spanish.
From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
Select "System Programming".
Enter the System Programming Password and select "System".
