Unplug and allow griddle to cool before cleaning.
Remove temperature control probe. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
Wipe with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Remove drip tray and discard contents.
With the temperature control probe removed, the griddle can be immersed completely.
The griddle, drip tray and warming tray are dishwasher safe. Or you may wash them with
hot, soapy water and a plastic scouring pad. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: Temperature control probe and probe guard must always be completely dry
before use.
