Step 3: Connect the First Computer
Connect a Mac
Use the following one-time procedure to connect your
Mac computer to the WD Sentinel server.
1. Click Download software for Mac:
The Mac Connector software downloads to your
Download directory.
Note: To get to the Connector download screen,
you can also open a web browser and in the
address field, type
http://<IP address>/connect.
Example http://192.168.1.12/connect. The LCD of
the WD Sentinel server displays the WD Sentinel
name and IP address.
