You cannot store food that likes high
humidity in a drawer with food that
prefers a dry atmosphere. However,
you can store several types of food
from the same humidity/dry group at
the same time.
^ The food can now be placed in the
MasterFresh drawer.
A humidity filter above each
MasterFresh drawer helps to regulate
the humidity in the drawers. These
filters are air permeable, but retain the
humidity.
Food that prefers a higher humidity
include:
– Freshly picked vegetables, lettuce,
herbs, mushrooms, cabbages and
fruit.
Please take into account that high
humidity is only achieved and effective
if the food is stored unwrapped or
loosely wrapped.

faster than fish, and fish deteriorates

meat dries out slightly, helping to
prevent the growth of bacteria, which
results in the meat lasting longer. To
prevent the risk of bacterial
cross-contamination and meat
deteriorating, do not let one type of
meat come into direct contact with
another type.
sausages, dairy products and
speciality salads.
Take food out of the MasterFresh
zone approx. 30 - 60 minutes before
using it. The aroma and taste do not
fully develop until the food has
