sure the AC of 100-240 is
OK
Measure U701 PIN2=1.8V
Measure U702 PIN2=3.3V
OK
X401 oscillate waveforms
are normal
OK
Replace U401
NG
Reinsert or check the
Adapter/Inverter section
NG
Replace U701 or U702
NG
Replace X401
