The machine is full of jobs.
Print, send, or delete any documents stored in
memory.
Divide the document stack into a few parts and
try again one by one.
Send the document with low resolution.
The number of TX/RX jobs that can be stored in
memory reached the maximum.
The maximum numbers of jobs that can be
stored in memory are as follows (Based on the
condition that the other party sends the fax by
FAX-L160 with ITU-T Standard Chart No.1, mode);
Up to 256 jobs for sending and receiving. Wait for
the machine to send any documents in memory.
Also print, send, or delete any documents stored
in memory.

You pressed the one-touch speed dialing key
or coded speed dialing that has already been
registered, when you are registering group
dialing.
Description
You pressed the group dialing that has already
been registered, when you are registering a one-
touch speed dialing or coded speed dialing.
Action
Register the one-touch speed dialing key or
coded speed dialing that is not used.
Description
The number of entered recipients for
broadcasting by the numeric keys has already
reached the upper limit (16).
Action
Enter not more than 16 recipients for
broadcasting by the numeric keys.
Description
You have specified the group dialing when the
line is off the hook or [Hook] key is pressed.
Action
Specify the recipient other than group dialing.
Description
A group dialing key is used for Relay TX.
Action
Enter the recipients except group dialing keys.
