If data on your current information
cannot be obtained
The camcorder starts the triangulating
priority mode. As the camcorder turns
other functions off to search for satellites,
obtaining triangulating information can
take priority.
To update the location information
Select [Update].
To close the triangulating
information screen
Select

GPS Setting
You can select whether the camcorder
receives or does not receive GPS signals.
On
Receives GPS signals.
The location information will not be recorded
until triangulating is finished successfully.
Off
Does not receive GPS signals.
The location information that has previously
been recorded will be invalid.
REC Lamp
You can make the camera recording lamp
on the front of your camcorder not to turn
on. (Default: [On])
Remote Ctrl (Remote control)
On
Select this when you use the supplied Wireless
Remote Commander (p. 10).
Off
Select this when you do not use the supplied
Wireless Remote Commander.
Language Setting
You can select the language to be used on
the LCD screen.
The camcorder offers [ENG[SIMP]]
(simplified English) for when you cannot
find your native tongue among the options.

You can check the estimated remaining
capacity of the battery.
Date & Time Setting
Date & Time Format
You can select one from 4 types of date and
time formats.
