Diagnostic LEDs
The system board and microprocessor board have LEDs that help isolate errors.
System-board diagnostic LEDs
Figure 2 shows the diagnostic LEDs on the system board.

Each error LED is lit to indicate a problem with a specific component. After a
problem is corrected, the LED will not be lit the next time the computer is restarted.
If the problem remains, the LED will continue to be lit. For information about how to
correct the problems indicated by the error LEDs, see "System board error LEDs"
on page 91.
