help you move through the Setup menus:

Use these arrow keys to highlight an option
on the menu. (Press the Enter key to choose
the option.)
After selecting an option from a menu, use
these keys to change that options settings.

Displays help for certain options
Discards changes made since entering utility.
Loads selected page with a standard list of
fail safe values.
Loads selected page with a standard list of
optimised values.
Saves the current selections and exits the
setup utility.
After viewing or making changes to the
settings on a menu, press this key to exit the
menu. Also exits the setup utlity
Chooses the highlighted option from a menu
