NOTE:

Embedded SATA RAID controller is supported only on Windows Server 2003 R2 (32bit/64bit),
Windows Server 2008 (32bit/64bit) and Windows Server 2008 R2 (32bit/64bit). An optional RAID
controller is required to configure RAID array for other operating systems.

All hard drives within a RAID array should be of the same capacity.
