100-Hour Service
1.
Perform the 25-hour service.
2.
Perform the 50-hour service.
3.
Change engine oil.
4.
Check whether the engine oil filter needs changing
(every 200 hours).
5.
Clean/replace the spark plugs.
6.
Replace the fuel filter.
7.
Clean the cooling fins on the engine and transmission.
8.
Check V-belts pulleys etc.
9.
Check tighten caster wheel axle bolts (every 200 hours).
10. Clean and check the need to change the air filter's
paper cartridge and pre-filter (every 200 hours).
11. Clean the engine cooling air intake.
12. Check/adjust throttle and choke cables.
13. Lubricate front wheel mounts.
