AUTOMATIC ICEMAKER

The icemaker will produce 6 cubes per cycle—
approximately 100 cubes in a 24-hour period, depending
on freezer compartment temperature, room temperature,
number of door openings and other operating conditions.
• It takes about 12 to 24 hours for a newly installed
refrigerator to make ice.
• Icemaking stops when the ice storage bin is full.
• To turn off the automatic icemaker, set the icemaker
switch to OFF(O). To turn on the automatic icemaker,
set the switch to ON(I).
• You can regulate the cube size by pressing the Cube
Size Select Button.
• The cube size will vary depending on the Cube Size
Setting, as well as the water pressure of the connected
water line.
NOTE: The water pressure must be between 20 and 125
psi on models without a water filter and between 40
and 125 psi on models with a water filter to produce the
normal amount and size cubes.
Personal Injury Hazard
DO NOT place fingers or hands on the automatic ice
making mechanism while the refrigerator is plugged in.
