Programming procedure

To program the Carephone 52+ on the unit itself,

remove the cover from the Carephone 52+.
Press P at least one second to go to the programming
mode. The Carephone 52+ announces Setup and
announces the software version.
Enter the PIN. The PIN factory setting is 246810. If the
PIN is entered correctly, the unit announces Selection.
On the programming panel, enter the programming step
whose setting you wish to change. The programming steps
can be carried out in any order.
Enter the new setting as required.
Press the C key to confirm your entries. The Carephone
52+ automatically goes to the next programming step.
To leave the programming mode, press the * key twice.
To enter the PC-supported CPC-Programming mode (with
APD or TSM Software), press P shortly a second time , the
device will acknowledge with the Setup activated.
