Setting the Demo Mode
When you first turn on the TV, the Menu Language,
Energy Saving Mode, and Demo Mode selection
windows will appear by default.
To select settings:

From the Menu Language selection window,
highlight your preferred language and press@.

Next, the Energy Saving Mode setting window will
appear.
For normal home use, press
~
to select Home and
press@.

Next, the Demo Mode setting window will appear.
For normal TV usage, select Normal (Off).
To enable the on-screen demonstration, select Store
(On). The SRT Super Upconversion demonstration
window will display. To restart the on-screen
demonstration, press
MOU
on the remote or on the TV
for 2 seconds.
Note: The on-screen demonstration will automatically
restart after 120 seconds of inactivity.
To change the Demo Mode setting:
Press the
MENU
and
VOLUME....
buttons on the TV
control panel at the same time and hold for about 2
seconds, or use the Demo Mode item in the Setup menu
(1& page 35).
Selecting the menu language
You can choose from three different languages (English,
French and Spanish) for the on-screen display of menus
and messages.
To select the menu language:

Press
MOU
and open the Preferences menu.

Highlight
Menu Language
and press~.

Press ... or T to select your preferred menu language
andpress@.

Press
E8
to close the Preferences menu.
