Learning about the remote control
The buttons used for operating the TV only are described
here. For a complete list of the remote control's
functions, see the remote control functional key chart

1 POWER turns the TV on and off. When the TV is on,
the green LED indicator on the TV front will be
illuminated.

FREEZE freezes the picture.
Press again to restore the moving picture
(I@" page 43).
3 SLEEP accesses the sleep timer (I@" page 52).
4 PIC SIZE cycles through the picture sizes: Natural,
TheaterWide 1/213, Full, 4:3 HD, Native, and Dot
by Dot (I@" page 40).
5 Channel Numbers (0-9, -/100) directly tune
channels. The

button is used to enter two part
channel numbers (I@" page 39) or to edit the
Favorites List (I@" page 37).
6 INPUT selects the video input source (I@" page
36).
7 CH ... T cycles through programmed channels when
no menu is on-screen (I@" page 30).

adjusts the volume level.
9 FAV BROWSER accesses the Favorites List in the

10 RECALL displays TV status information

11 CH RTN returns to the last viewed channel or source
