Printing and deleting held jobs

Once held jobs are stored in MFP memory, you can use the MFP control panel to specify what you
want to do with one or more of the jobs. You can select either Confidential Job or Held Jobs (Repeat
Print, Reserve Print, and Verify Print jobs), then you select your user name from a list. If you select
Confidential Job, you must enter the personal identification number (PIN) you specified in the driver
when you sent the job. See

To access held jobs from the control panel, press the Print/Profiles button.

Press the down arrow button to highlight Print Held Jobs. Press

Use the up and down arrow buttons to highlight the user name on the jobs.
Note: If a confidential job exists, which is recognizable in the list because after your user
name a space and the word "Confidential" follows, you are prompted to enter your
PIN number by the PIN request screen. Enter your PIN number using the numeric
keypad. See

Use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the list of job names on the Pick Jobs
screen. You may highlight jobs and press

Use the navigation arrow buttons to highlight Print, and then press

Press and release the right or left arrow buttons to scroll to the number of copies you want.

Note: If some jobs in the list are not needed, you may first highlight these jobs, press
