case the Controller may need to be replaced.
If the Motor did Not run then the Batteries will need to be checked to confirm they are

How To Test Throttle Voltage

Tools: Multi-meter to read DC voltage
1) Set the scooter/bike so that the rear wheel is not touching the ground.
2) Access the Controller/Wire Harness area and locate the Throttle control connector at
the Controller. It is the set of Red, Green & Black (& Yellow) wires coming from the handle
bars and going into a connector on the controller.
You will be testing the "Red", "Green", and "Black" wires.

3) Set the Multi-meter to test DC volts.
4) Turn the scooter On.
5) Place the Red meter probe into the connector on the "Red" wire and the Black meter
probe into the connector on the "Black" wire. The meter should measure +5 volts.
4) Now place the Red meter probe on the "Green" wire. With out turning the throttle you
should read around +0.8 volts.
5) Now turn the throttle wide open. You should now read around +4 volts.
If everything else powers up on the scooter and you do not have +5 volts between the
"Red" and "Black" wire (#5) the controller is bad.
