In a network where VLAN tagging is applied, QoS information is displaced
in the frame structure. For this reason, the high-priority channel is not
available where VLAN tagging is applied.
CAUTION! 
Selection of Low can cause a link to a distant BHS to drop. If a link drops
when Power Control is set to low, the link can be re-established by only
Ethernet access.
WARNING! 
From this point until you remove power from the AP, stay at least as far
from the AP as the minimum separation distance specified.
