Setting Boot Control (Debugging Mode) on Switch SW2-8

Changing these settings can cause loss of communication between the controller and
the dome. Do not go above the limit of the controller as this may result in you losing
control of the dome.
Access to the OSD Is determined by the DIP switch SW3-8 setting. If this switch is set to
OFF, the current address and protocol settings can be viewed but not changed.
1.
Press 75 > Preset.
2.
Enter the 4-digit PIN (default = 1000).

Select Change Address Protocol >
1 Change Camera address
2 Change Protocol
3 Change Baud Rate
4 Change Parity
4.
Select the applicable settings:
Enter a numerical dome address.
Select a Protocol: Diamond, MAXPRO, VCL 485, VCL UTC, Pelco P, or Pelco D
Select a baud rate: 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, or
115200
Select a parity: Even, Odd, or None.
Note
For normal operation, SW2-8 should be set to the OFF position. See
Switch Default Settings and Locations
When SW2 POS 8 is set to the ON position, the dome boots up in the debug mode.
The debug mode is intended for manufacturing test purposes only.
