When sewing a thick rubber sheet or the like together, fab-
ric can be smoothly fed by raising the front of presser foot
❶ . Loosen nut ❷ , turn setscrew ❸ to the right (clockwise),
and raise the front of presser foot for adjustment.
Loosen setscrew ❶ , and move tape guide base ❷ to the
right and left to adjust the position of the tape.
