Copy the PEM-formatted request and send to a CA for signing.
After the signed certificate is returned, you can install it.
To install a CA-issued certificate:
1.
Navigate to System

Click Browse in the Upload signed certificate area. Locate and select the certificate on
your hard drive, and then click Open.
3.
Click Upload.
IEEE 802.1X
IEEE 802.1X is an IEEE standard for port-based Network Access Control. When IEEE 802.1X is
enabled, the camera can access network ports protected by 802.1X/EAPOL (Extensible
Authentication Protocol over LAN).

To enable IEEE 802.1X:
1.
Navigate to System

Contact your network administrator to obtain the following items:
•
CA certificate: Required to authenticate the server
•
Client certificate: Required to authenticate the IP camera
•
Private key: Required to authenticate the IP camera
3.
Upload the CA certificate, client certificate, and private key. Click Browse to locate the
certificate or key, then click Upload.
