are NOT designed to be removedby the consumer.
The two surface burnerassembliesare securedin place
duringtransportation withspringclips.Oncethe rangeis
Select modelsfeature two specialSUPER HIGH SPEED
installed, t hese clipsmay be removedto allowquickand
sealedburnerslocatedat the right-frontand left-rear. Use
easyremovalofthe burnerassemblies,
theseburners toquickly bringwatertoa boilandwhenusing
largerpans.See information on ratingplate,locatedonthe
lower range front frame behind the broiler door or lower

panel,to determineifyourappliancefeaturestheseburners.
Clean burner cap after each use especially if a spillover
occurs.A soiled burner may result inimproperignitionor an
uneven flame. When cleaning the sealed surface burner,

should catch the ignitor,it could be damaged or broken.

Toremove: Allow burnersto cool.Lift upthe cooktop.Grasp

burner assemblythen lift upand toward backof the cooktop

Ignitor
until the air shutter ends on the burner assembly release
from the valves.
To replace: Insert the air shutter ends on the burner

-- _- Portdirectly belowignitor
assembly over the valves and lower into place. Replace
cooktop.Turn on each burner to be sure burner assembly
has been correctly replaced.
The surface burner will not light if the ignitor is damaged,
broken, soiled or wet. The burner will also not light if the
ports, especially the small port located directly below the
ignitor,are blocked. See page 16for cleaning instructions.
