Then...
Lift the handset.
Press the Headset button if it is not lit. If the Headset button is lit,
press the Answer softkey or the line button of the incoming call.
Press the Answer softkey, the Speaker button, or the line button.
Ask your system administrator to set up the AutoAnswer feature for
your line(s). The phone will automatically answer the call when it
is received This feature can be set up to work with your headset or
with your speakerphone.
To redirect a call to your voice messaging system, press the iDivert
softkey while you are receiving a call, from a call-on-hold, or from
a connected call. To redirect a call to the called party's voice
messaging system, press the iDivert softkey to redirect an outgoing
call that is connected or on hold.

Press an available line button on your phone and then press the
PickUp softkey. The call rings on your phone. (A Call Pickup
"group" is defined by your system administrator.) See the
"Answering Calls that are Ringing on Another Extension Using Call
Pickup" section on page
Press an available line button and then press the GPickUp softkey
on your phone. Dial the call pickup group number assigned by your
administrator, and answer the call that is redirected to your phone.

Press the Privacy button after you select an incoming call.
