Change calendar options
You can change the reminder time before upcoming appointments and the default email account that is
used when you send an appointment request.
1.
From the Today screen, scroll to calendar, and then tap Today.
2.
Tap Menu > Tools > Options > Appointments tab.
3.
Select the Set reminders for new items check box.
4.
Select minute(s), hours(s), day(s), or week(s), and then select the duration.
5.
In the show icons section, tap the icon or icons that you do not want displayed.
6.
In the Send meeting requests via list, tap the email account that you will be using to send
meeting requests.
7.
Tap OK.
