NTSC or PAL video signals
Set the Frame Rate (the
number of frames displayed
on screen per second)
Set the Priority for Quality
or Bit Rate.
Set the Picture Quality
(good, better, best)
Set the Target Bit Rate (the
data processed per second)
when Bit Rate is the selected
priority
Set the GOP (group of pictures)
