Using a Memory Card

Selecting the memory to use for recording
You can select to record your movies and photos in the built-in memory*
or on one of the memory cards. The default memory for recording both
movies and photos is the built-in memory* (IDIlllI/_) or memory card

(1DIiImO),
but you can select the recording memory independently for
movies and for photos.

IMPORTANT
• Memory cards have front and back sides that are not interchangeable.
Inserting a memory card facing the wrong direction can cause a
malfunction of the camcorder.
• For important information regarding the use of SDXC memory cards be
sure to refer to SOXC Memory Cards

• To remove the memory card:
Push the memory card once to release it. When
the memory card springs out, pull it all the way out.
• To use the wireless communication features of an Eye-Fi card, insert it into
memory card slot
