Choosethe desired SPEEO for each segment, using the SPEEO ARROW KEYS
and press ENTER. Note: Youwill needto pressENTER after eachsegment.

Choosethe desiredINCLINE for eachsegment,using the INCLINE ARROW KEYS
and press ENTER. Note: Youwill needto pressENTER after eachsegment.
5. Press STARTto begin your program. At this time, your program has been
successfullysaved into memory,and can be used for future workouts.
• PressingSTOP can returnyou toyour last customsetting.
• ToRESETyour p rograminformation and deleteit from memory,pressand hold
the ENTER keyfor 5 seconds.
• Whileusingyour savedprogram,you are able to adjust the speedor incline, but
any changeswill not be saved.
