To measure the outputs of the sensors, check the voltages between the pins as in the table. And refer the values in the
section "RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION OF SENSOR"

- Measure the resistance of the SENSOR after leaving it for over 3 minutes in the measuring temperature.
This delay is necessary due to sensor response speed.
