Recommendation
 Make sure the machine is on a solid level surface.
 Perform the colour registration using the Touchscreen
(see Colour Registration on page 125).
 Put in a new drum unit (see Replacing the drum unit
on page 89).
 Put in a new belt unit (see Replacing the belt unit
on page 95).
 Perform the calibration using the Touchscreen or the printer
driver (see Colour Calibration on page 124).
 Adjust the copy density and contrast if you are copying
(see Advanced User's Guide).
 Clear the Improve Grey Colour check box in the printer
driver. (See Software and Network User's Guide.)
 Identify the colour causing the problem and put in a new toner
cartridge (see Replacing the toner cartridges on page 84).

 Put in a new drum unit (see Replacing the drum unit
on page 89).
 Make sure Toner Save mode is off in the Touchscreen or the
