7. MAINTENANCE
Periodic inspection
and maintenance
will help extend the service life of
your HS522 Snowblower
while keeping it in the best operating condition.
Inspect or service as described in the table below.
l
Shut off the engine
before performing
inspection
and maintenance,
and
disconnect
the spark plug wire from the plug so the engine
cannot
be
started.
l
If the engine must be run, make sure the area is well ventilated.
Exhaust
gas contains
poisonous
carbon
monoxide;
exposure
can cause loss of
consciousness
and may lead to death.
CAUTION:
l
To avoid
overturning,
place the snowblower
on a level surface
before
performing
inspection
and maintenance.
l
Use only genuine
HONDA
parts or their equivalent.
Replacement
parts which
are not of equivalent
quality
may damage
the
snowblower.
