5. STARTING THE ENGINE (SIDE-MOUNT TYPE)

I. Engage the emergency stop switch
clip (located at one end of the emer-
gency stop switch lanyard) with the
emergency stop switch.
Attach the other end of the emer-
gency stop switch lanyard securely
to the operator.
