The flame protection on the shelf
must point up.

The appliance is off.
Range of temperature adjustment for conven-
tional cooking. To set the temperature, turn
the knob counterclockwise.
To grill flat food in the middle of the shelf. To
make toast. To activate the grill, turn the knob
clockwise.

The appliance is off.
Range of temperature adjustment for convention-
al cooking.
To activate the oven.
To set the minimum temperature.
Use the shelf with flame protection
only on the first and second level
in the top oven, and on all the lev-
els in the main oven.
8.9 Grilling set
The grilling set includes the roasting pan
grid and the deep roasting pan.
You can use the roasting pan grid in two
positions: turned up and down.
To roast larger pieces of meat or
poultry on one level:
1. Put the roasting pan grid in the deep
roasting pan. The supports of the
roasting pan grid must point up.
