Water / Plumbing System
To drain the hot and cold water systems
1. Disconnect the city water supply if connected.
2. Turn water pump switch (1) "OFF."
3. Open all coach faucets.
4. Open the exterior shower faucets (2). This is the
lowest drain.
Water Pump Initial Startup
1. Make sure all drain valves are closed.
2. Turn the water pump switch (1) "OFF."
3. Fill the water tank.
4. Open the faucets, both hot and cold.
5. Turn the water pump switch (1) "ON."
6. Close each faucet (cold and hot) as soon as water
flows steadily through the faucet.
7. Verify that the water pump stops after all faucets are
closed.
8. The water pump is now ready for automatic
operation.

Water Pump Troubleshooting

If the pump will not prime
1. Make sure there is water in the tank.
2. Make sure the chassis battery is not run down.
3. Make sure there are no kinks or obstructions in the
inlet hose.
4. Make sure all inlet fittings and connections are air
tight.
5. Make sure water selector valve in the utility
compartment is set to "NORMAL."
6. Check for clogged lines.
If water pressure drops
1. Check faucets and connections for leaks.
2. Make sure faucet aerators and filter are clean.
3. Make sure there is water in the tank.
4. Make sure the chassis battery is not run down.
5. Make sure the water pump screen is not blocked. See
this section above for details.

If pump runs when there is no apparent demand for
water
1. Make sure all faucets and fixtures are shut off and are
not leaking.
2. Check all lines for leaks.
3. Make sure there is water in the tank.
4. Make sure no air is trapped in the system.
5. Make sure the tank fill water selector valve is set to
"NORMAL."
