If you enable proxy server and enable IP restriction, the listed IP
addresses will not use the proxy.
Connecting to the DCS-2100+
Once you connect to the DCS-2100+, you can drag and drop a camera into the
video area to begin viewing video from the camera.
In the channel area, if you do not set up the camera, the color of the camera
number will be gray. Once you set up the camera, the color of the camera
number will turn to blue. You can drag and drop the camera into the video
area, and apply other features if you have the privileges by logging on as an
administrator (admin).
There is a unique light signal above each camera's number. This indicates the
status of the camera:
Off –
Green –
Red –
Blink –
Click OK
Camera is not connected.
The green light means the camera is connected.
The red light indicates the camera is both connected and in
recording mode.
If motion detection is enabled, an alert occurs and the light will
blink.
