Chapter 2. General information

This chapter provides some general information about your server.

Features and specifications

The following table provides information about the features and specifications of the server. Depending
on the server model, some features might not be available, or some specifications might not apply. For
information about your specific model, use the Setup Utility program. See "Using the Setup Utility program"
on page 81.

Microprocessor(s): Support up to two Intel
dual-core, quad-core, or hex-core microprocessors
(internal cache size varies by model type)

microprocessor, use the Setup Utility program. See
"Using the Setup Utility program" on page 81.

• Supports up to four DDR3 ECC UDIMMs (double data
rate 3 error correction code unbuffered dual inline
memory modules)
• Types: 1333 MHz, DDR3 registered SDRAM DIMMs

• Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) hard
disk drive
• SATA optical drive
Video subsystem
• Integrated graphics for a Video Graphics Array (VGA)
connector and a DisplayPort connector

• 100/1000 Mbps integrated Ethernet controller
Power supply: Your server comes with one of the
following power supplies:
• 280–watt auto-sensing power supply
• 320–watt auto-sensing power supply
